The performance runs approximately 2 hours, 50 minutes which includes a 20 minute interval. Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.

Red Letter Days 'Les Miserables' backstage tour plus tickets for two

Facilities

The theatre opens to the public 45 minutes before performance time. Interval drink orders are taken by bar staff and cheques, with appropriate guarantee card, are accepted at all sales outlets. Credit cards may only be used at fixed sales points: Box office, bar and merchandise kiosk.

Wheelchairs

We welcome disabled customers and wheelchair users can be accommodated in the following ways:

If you cannot transfer from your wheelchair, we can install paltform on either end of Row C in the Dress Circle with direct level access from Wardour Street. In this way we can accommodate a maximum of 2 regular sized wheelchairs Each one must be accompanied by an able bodied person in the adjacent seat. Please contact a member of the front of house staff when you arrive in the foyer.

If you are able to occupy a theatre seat, Row D in the Dress Circle has level access from Wardour Street. Each customer transferring to a theatre seat must be accompanied by an able bodied person.

Wheelchair seats/transfers CANNOT be made on the Internet site and must be booked in advance. Please contact a member of the box office on 020 7850 8785, or visit the box office in person.

Stairs

Please note that there are many stairs to encounter to all three levels of the auditorium. Unless you are occupying Wheelchair/transfer seats and you feel that this may cause problems for you, please telephone the box office on 020 7850 8785 before making your booking.

Toilets

Disabled toilet facilities are situated in the foyer of the theatre.

Hard of Hearing

Customers with hearing impairment may obtain Infrared receivers from the kiosk in the foyer upon receipt of a refundable £5.00 deposit.
