Lauren trained at Rose Bruford College and graduated with a First Class BA (Hons) in Actor Musicianship.

Previous creative credits include: Resident Director of The Prince of Egypt (West End), Resident Director of Les Misérables (No. 1 UK/Ireland Tour), Footloose (No. 1 European Tour/West End); Assistant Director of Silk Road (Trafalgar Studios); Return to the Forbidden Planet (Upstairs at the Gatehouse); Associate Director for Silk Road (Live! Theatre Newcastle, transfer).

As Assistant Musical Director, Lauren's credits include: Tommy (Greenwich Theatre), Jason and the Argonauts (The Scoop Theatre, London).
