Opera credits include: Leporello in Don Giovanni (Holland Opera), Figaro in Le nozze di Figaro (Barokopera Amsterdam), Brühlmann in Werther (Royal Opera House), Jazz singer in A Quiet Place (Opera Zuid), Cristiano in Un Ballo in Maschera (Opera Zuid), Edvard Prins in Meermeisje (Holland Opera), The King in SNOW (The Opera Story), Amonasro in Aïda (Bel Canto Velsen) and Le comte Pâris in Roméo & Juliette (Opera Zuid)

Opera training credits: La clemenza di Tito (Mozart), Albert Herring (Britten), Il signor Bruschino (Rossini) at the Dutch National Opera Academy. Cosi fan tutte (Mozart) at the Dutch Opera Studio. East ‘o the Sun, West o’ the Moon (Garner), The Adventures of Pinocchio (Dove), The Cunning Peasant (Dvorak), I pazzi per progetto (Donizetti), Ein Landarzt & Phaedra (Henze) with the Guildhall Opera Course.

Concerts include: Rick regularly performs as an oratorio soloist, spanning all ages of classical music. He recently sang the role of Pilate and classical soloist in a new mash up of Jesus Christ Superstar and Bach’s St. Matthew’s Passion in De Passie (Amersfoort, the NL). He also appeared as a soloist at the Dutch Summer Park Sessions.

Before setting off on a more classical journey, Rick played many parts in musicals produced by his former high school. He would like to express his gratitude to everyone involved back then for their continuous support, and he would like to dedicate this professional musical debut to all of them.
